Shipping information – Fresh baked goods delivered directly to your home

Learn all about shipping, delivery times and packaging of our handcrafted baked products from the Viennese fine bakery Heberer.

1. Processing time


Your order will usually be ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days .

Orders received after Friday 12:00 , on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day .

This ensures that your baked goods do not store unnecessarily, but arrive as fresh as possible.

2. Shipping costs & minimum order value

Standard shipping within Germany: €5.90

Free shipping on orders over €65.00

3. Shipping method & delivery time

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped via DHL parcel service .

  • Standard shipping: Delivery usually within 1–3 working days

  • Shipping days: Monday to Thursday

No shipping on Fridays, weekends or public holidays – so your fresh baked goods aren't in transit over the weekend.

At Christmas, the last shipment takes place two working days before December 24th, so that you can enjoy our specialties in time for the holidays.
