Since its founding nearly 135 years ago by Georg Heberer I in Offenbach, the Viennese bakery Heberer has stood for genuine craftsmanship and baking artistry. We are a fifth-generation family business and dedicate ourselves to our craft with great passion.

Our products are made from high-quality raw materials and are still produced with great care using traditional methods – such as hand-shaking our loaves. Quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities.

How fresh are the products upon delivery?

Our baked goods are made fresh daily and carefully packaged for shipping. Please note, however, that absolute freshness cannot always be guaranteed due to transport and delivery times. Nevertheless, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition.

How long does delivery take?

We ship your order via DHL parcel service (standard shipping). Your delivery usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days .

What payment options are available?

You can conveniently pay for your order by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or invoice .

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days . Simply send us a short message by email to shop@heberer.de or use the contact details provided in the cancellation policy.

Please note: There is no right of withdrawal for highly perishable goods such as bread.

What do I do if there is something wrong with my delivery?

Please check your package for visible damage immediately upon receipt and take photos if necessary.

Should your delivery be damaged or not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours at shop@heberer.de or 06108 / 604-243 .

We will quickly find a solution – for example, a replacement delivery or a refund.
